Only in Cleveland can it be 60 degrees one day and then 2 days later there is an ice storm/blizzard. I can't stand this place. It's like the snow around here has hallucinogenic properties because everyone loses their mind when there's a bit of snow on the ground. Someone stopped their car in the middle of the road and just got out and walked away...You only do that if A, you have been hypnotized, B, you are way high, or C, you're just plain stupid and therefore should not have been driving in the first place. Entire trees were downed, power lines, dogs and cats were living together, just...mass hysteria. No matter how much it snows, some people in Cleveland will never get it. EVER!
